New Chef & “Concept” at Coyote Crossing

Christopher Hora, whose resume includes Spago in LA, has signed on as Executive Chef at Coyote Crossing. The new menu concept is “Global Mexican”. I’m not sure exactly what that means, but a sample menu includes “Blue Fin Tuna and Cactus Apple Ceviche” and “Free Range Boneless Beef Short Ribs en Mole Azteca”. Either way, it should be an improvement from the mediocre, overpriced fare they currently serve.

Also, the roof-top deck will open this May at the West Chester location. FINALLY!
