Service was absolutely horrid (we waited over an hour for our burgers, even though they weren't busy at all, and the waitress refused to come check our table with any regularity, instead preferring to play pool in the back or flirt with people at the bar, refilling our drinks once during the entire sitting), and the food was only mediocre at best. The burgers were horribly over done, the bread was stale, and the food was lukewarm to cold, depending on who got their food first, as it came in waves every 15 minutes. I gotta say, I probably won't be returning, and it takes alot to turn me off of a place forever. And strangely enough, I never write bad reviews of things or places. In order for a something or somewhere to make me want to warn people against it publicly, it has to be really bad. I worked there for 7 years...many great memories and relationships formed. I am very happy to say, though, that if you enjoyed the good times, the food, and some of the staff...come see us at the Berwyn Tavern. Same great burgers, many familiar faces and many new great times to be had, 6 plasma TV's...and lets not forget the deck and new outside dining area! Come on up and see us at the BT. I should have sent it back, after they drowned in watery gravy, it was gray meat!!. Eat a burger, They have to cook that top order. Buffalo wings were pretty good. I often walked to WBA when I lived in the neighborhood - often, but not a regular - and still didn't need to order my beer - the bartender knows it before I sit down. The burger is the best.
