Great food. Been there 5 times in the last 3 weeks. I give the burgers 4 out of 5 starts. They are good. Five guys is better.
The gyro’s are incredible, the salmon sandwhich is great. The gries were perfect and crisp.
My pet peeve is taht they should have a banner presenting the items and their prices. you have to grab a paper take out menu to read what they have.

My husband and I have visited Ashby’s on several occasions. The menu is much more extensive than that other burger place at Gateway.

We get the the specialty burgers and have found them great. Our favorite is the Special Ultimate Fries Burger. It is a nod to the Pittsburgh style sandwiches with fries. The buns are incredible and come from LeBus. The fries are a lot less greasy than most places and have a crisp exterior with a soft meaty potato texture inside.

After reading the other postings, I may have to try the Gyro, too.

This has become one of our favorite go to places in the neighborhood. It was a desperately needed addition to the Paoli Shopping Center.

Ate at ashby’s last week. The burgers and the service were pretty poor. I went at 2 pm thinking a good time to go. The burgers may or mat not be frozen but the fries are frozen not like five guys…..Avoid here and go to five guys.

So I had me a burger here, the first day they were opened. The burger was good. I liked the toasty bun. the meat didn’t seem hand pattied. And although they say, ‘never frozen’, i think there may be some stretching of the truth there. It was a good burger. Sorry to say it’s no five guys. But I will be back to eat there, and reading these reviews I will have to try the gyro’s.
It also seemed they didn’t have a system down like five guys. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a broken system – I just like that efficiency of five guys churning out orders in assembly like fashion .

I visited this past weekend. Nice family-friendly place with a pleasant staff (FYI: Same owners as Kabab Cafe in the Gateway Shopping Center).

We ordered a couple cheeseburgers, a gyro sandwich and fries. The cheeseburgers were only “so so”. The meat seemed pre-formed, dense and flavorless (no competition for Five Guys here). The fries are good but not better than Five Guys.

I have to say that I’m more intrigued by the Mediterranean dishes. The gyro sandwich was delicious! I’m also looking forward to trying the Falafel.

I would definitely come back but I’d avoid the burgers.

I went there on a Thursday for lunch and it was very crowded. I ordered the veggie burger with fries, the women at the register was very friendly greeted me by saying hello how are you? I always find it hared to find a good veggie burger but this place by far has the best one I have had in years. Their bun was so soft and the veggie burger tasted home mad. The fries were so hot and crispy it was the best meal I had in a long time. Two thumbs up!!

I just ate Ashys Burger this weekend. There fries are amazing! I am a lover of five guys and found the burgers to be equally as good! I would definitely recommend it to a friend

How can Ashy’s claim an award “wining” menu when they haven’t even opened their first location yet?

Confusingly broad menu, but I’ll definitely try it!
