Great, simple recipe from Closet Cooking.
The last brownie recipe we’ll ever need.
Wayne’s Taquet, the namesake of chef Jean-Francois Taquet, has been bought (or is about to be bought, depending on who you talk to) by the current manager and chef (Taquet himself actually lives in New Zealand).
Update: The name “Taquet” will live until the end of the summer. Current chef Francis Layrle will continue as head of the kitchen. Apparently his style is “more formal” than Taquet’s.
(uh oh. just what we need. more formality.)
Check out our new polling feature on the right hand side of the homepage! Thanks.
We’re making some modifications over the next few weeks so please bear with us.
